Shipping and Purchase Information
Please read the following before placing your order:- Ensuring your order is delivered in excellent condition is very important to us. Since our products are preservative free they cannot sit in a warehouse over the weekend. Please follow the shipping guidelines below.
- Orders placed on Monday before 11:30 am EST will be processed and shipped by Tuesday for delivery on or before Friday
- Orders placed Tuesday through Sunday will be processed and shipped the following Monday for delivery on or before Thursday
- Standard shipping arrives via UPS Regional Express which typically takes 2-3 days after the order is processed
- UPS does not ship to PO boxes
- Please include suite, apartment, or building number if applicable
- Contact us at info@naturallysweetdesserts.com if next day shipping (additional fee) is desired
- Delivery is available in the contiguous United States only (i.e. does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the U.S.)
- Processed orders can be tracked (a UPS tracking number will be emailed)
- MasterCard, Visa, and American Express are accepted via PayPalNote: You do not need an existing PayPal account
- Your order will not be subject to a sales tax
- A signature is required for our deliveries…please ensure that someone will be at the shipping location on the day you expect delivery
- NaturallySweet Desserts will never sell any contact information
Policies
To ensure that your desserts arrive at their destination in the same shape that they leave the facility, we use insulated boxes and ice packs to prevent melting. ALL merchandise leaves the bakery in perfect condition! We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, mechanical failure or other acts beyond our control. We are also not responsible for damage if you are not present at time of delivery and the damage occurs as a result of a delay in claiming the package. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to wrong/missing information.
If no one is available to sign at the time of delivery, we will leave your order at the doorstep.
